How does the nomination process work?
When openings arise, the following process occurs in the spring:

Any registered member of the Parish is eligible to serve as a nominated member.
-
Nominees are reviewed to confirm they are registered members of the Parish.

All nominees are contacted and asked if they would be willing to serve.

If there are more nominees than open seats, names are drawn by lot. There is no voting in the process.
